CHRISTOPHER FALCK

Christopher Falck graduated from Stellenbosch University in 2015. He completed his articles at VZLR Inc, a prominent Pretoria based law firm. After being admitted as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa in 2017 Christopher practised in the corporate and commercial litigation department of VZLR Inc for four years.

In 2021 Christopher joined Falck Attorneys where he acts as an attorney and legal consultant.

Christopher provides corporate and commercial legal services, including:

-     Commercial litigation in the High Courts of South Africa;

-     Mergers & acquisitions;

-     Corporate restructuring; 

-     Mining Law;

-     Construction Law; and

-     Public Procurement Law.

Christopher acts as a legal consultant for a wide array of businesses in multiple industries and he prioritises building long term, mutually beneficial relationships with these businesses and their strategic partners.
